  • Identify marketing programs that meet your company's needs.
  • Develop quarterly and yearly electronic marketing plans to raise awareness of your products and promote the use of the electronic distribution channels to increase revenue.
  • Perform analyses and make recommendations based on your competitors’ use of the global and alternative distribution systems and Internet travel sites, especially in the areas of price, product, positioning, appearance, easy of use, navigation, and availability.
  • Coordinate with the company's advertising firm to aid in the design, development, roll-out and execution of targeted marketing programs to enhance the image, visibility, and brand recognition of the company.
  • Determine the viability of the marketing concept and how to implement it into the electronic distribution channels.
  • Conduct focus groups and surveys based on a variety of needs.
  • Develop marketing copy for text messages as part of the electronic marketing campaign.
  • Write a marketing manual on the global and alternative distribution systems and Internet travel sites to educate and maximize return on investment.
  • Work with national sales offices to build and re-new relationships with the users of the electronic distribution channels and assist in incorporating these channels in their marketing objectives, strategies, and programs.   Provide national sales offices with the necessary tools to ensure that the sales team has a complete understanding of the customers' electronic distribution needs.
  • Define and contribute to the development of software products and technology solutions in order to increase functionality and ease of use.
